Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Strongsville, OH – Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Job description:
Industry background: Banking or possibly Insurance background preferred
Someone who has served in a formal Program Manager role and can lead team and stakeholders from start to finish on a given initiative/program.
Team Dynamic:
This team will consist of 13 (10 project manager and 3 project administrators).
This person would make 14.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day 1-training and then assigned projects to work on using the methodology that client uses
- Expected to keep Clarizen updated with risk, issues, project deliverable and financials
- Weekly status reports on large-scale project
- Have to communicate with stakeholders and communicate information to Senior Leadership
- Able to handle larger budget ($1million or above) and complex projects
Must Have Technical Skills: in order of importance
- Agile experience
- Ability to work in a cross functional project management environment with proven ability to drive large scale projects
- Experience with financial management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage vendors
- SDLC experience required (need to know where to go next in the process)
- Risk and Issue Management
- Ability to forecast budgets, manage cost plan, larger dollar amounts so needs someone that is really strong watching their financials.

Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience - PMP cert and Agile SAFe cert nice to have

Interview Process:
1st interview – most likely one on one (30min-45min)
2nd interview (with Senior Project Mgr.) – most likely panel (30min-45min)
